We have limited the number of waitlist spots to be equivalent in number to our typical rally turn-over rate. In this way, our hope is that eventually we are able to welcome everyone from the waitlist to join us at the rally.
There is a $25 deposit to join the waitlist. You will get a 100% refund of your $25 deposit if you don't get into the rally or if you cancel your waitlist registration before September 1, 2025. The waitlist registration fee will be forfeited if you fail to cancel by September 1, 2025 or cannot attend when we let you know there is an opening. If you are invited to join us at the rally, this $25 will be applied toward your meals/activities registration.
We wish we could give you any information as to if and when there will be an opening, but we just never know how many will cancel and when they will cancel. But be aware that most people don’t cancel until much closer to the date of the event. Those on the waitlist who have flexibility to travel at the last minute definitely have a better chance to get a spot.
