Robyn is an experienced educator who will give an overview of what is in this curriculum and guide us through the 'Respectful Relationships Education Hub' website, particularly what is available for parents. For example 'The importance of respect' and 'Talking to your child about respectful relationships, consent and sexuality'.

Robyn Rosengrave
Acting Assistant Director-General for Teaching, Leadership, Rural and Remote
Robyn is a passionate educator who describes herself as a senior bureaucrat with the heart of a teacher. She is a curriculum specialist with extensive teaching, learning and assessment expertise.  
As the Acting Assistant Director-General for Teaching, Leadership, Rural and Remote, Robyn is currently leading a significant and diverse portfolio that includes curriculum implementation from Prep to Year 12; leadership and capability development, support for diverse learners and rural and remote students and cutting edge work to support digital innovation in schools.
Robyn provides leadership in strategic policy and planning through the effective development and implementation of frameworks and systems that drive the state schools improvement agenda. Her portfolio includes the Prep to Year 10 Australian Curriculum; Schools of the future STEM strategy; assessment and moderation; pedagogy; the Queensland Certificate of Education; Vocational Education and Training; Literacy and Numeracy; Early Years education; Global Competence; Leadership and Teaching capability; Rural and Remote; and Digital innovation and virtual schooling. Robyn also oversaw the development of the Department of Education’s Respectful Relationships Education program and, more recently, the revised and strengthened Respect program, following extensive consultation with internal and external stakeholders.
Robyn is a highly experienced educator with a career spanning over 30 years. Prior to joining the department, she worked in curriculum design and development and has an extensive background as a teacher and administrator in both the state and independent schooling sectors. 
Robyn represents the Queensland Department of Education on multiple state and national boards and committees – where her curriculum expertise influences state and national policy, and resource and curriculum development.
