Every year Frank and Fearless organise a retreat for leaders and executives and this year is no different. Our one day event in Risley Hall, taking place on 21st June, is designed for you to go deeper with your business, network and look at your key learnings and challenges.
Our theme this year is:
Get a grip on your business
On this day retreat you can expect:
- A full day out of the office with peers
- Networking
- To see speaker Adam Harris in the flesh and explore how to get a grip on your life, your team and your business in 2023.
- Session on top 12 learning and observations since Adam left the UK and how you can use these learnings to impact your life
- Processing issue with facilitator Kelly Feehan
- A learning session about AI for Leaders: Navigating the Future of Business - AI is transforming every industry, and business leaders need to be prepared for what's coming. Adam will discuss the current state of AI, its impact on business, and how you can stay ahead of the curve. We'll explore practical applications of AI, the ethical considerations of AI adoption, and what it takes to lead in an AI-powered world.

Our Speaker: Adam Harris
Adam Harris is back in the UK for the first time in 3 years for a short visit before returning to New Zealand. He is delighted to be joining you for the day.
Adam will be spending the morning leading you through a session, 'Get a Grip on Your Business: 6 keys to getting what you want from your entrepreneurial business'.'
We will be considering the following areas and how we can strengthen them:
- Vision
- People
- Issues
- Data
- Traction
- Process
After this session you will be able to assess what needs to change in your organisation and what can be strengthened.

Your Facilitator: Kelly Feehan
Kelly has worked exclusively in the public and not for profit sectors which has included everything from frontline case work to Senior Leadership roles. The common factor in all of her roles has been empowering people to move forward from where they are now to where they want to be. This can be work place or employment goals, to much bigger questions around purpose and satisfaction. She is particularly motivated by working with individuals who are looking at changing direction or those who have big aspirations for their lives! As a coach Kelly specialises particularly in facilitating mastermind groups. She has personal experience of being part of mastermind groups over the years to develop her own senior leadership positions and brings all this experience across to merge it with her coaching experience.
