Flower Turbines, Inc. is a Small Vertical Axis Wind Turbine company with its operational and manufacturing headquarters in Lubbock, Texas. It is currently operated by all Texas Tech University Alumni. 

Flower Turbines chose Lubbock, Texas, as its official headquarters. not only for its high average wind speeds and good manufacturing base, but also for opportunities provided by Texas Tech University, the only school in the country to offer doctoral degrees in Wind Energy.
