Overview
Lake Norman Overlanding & Jeep Club originated from Allen Adventures 4x4 who strive to build a foundation with the community of like minded off-roading enthusiast. We want to inspire others to get outdoors and seek adventures.
We are building this event for Cool Kids Campaign to raise money for kids fighting cancer by gathering all 4x4, off-roading, overlanding and the jeep community in showing our love and appreciation to our local community and the people around us in need of our love and support.
Cool Kids Campaign Clubhouse is located in Huntersville, NC. Their goal is to improve the quality of life and reduce the social isolation, sadness, and academic loss children with cancer experience when diagnosed. The clubhouse provides a number of social and emotional activities that help the children with cancer cope and play, the siblings of kids with cancer a place to feel included, and support to the parents caring for them with support groups, counseling, and Parent's night out. They work to empower the Cool Kids with a trademark slogan "Cancer Fears Me" products.

Rig Fest for Cool Kids
Join us for this awesome event on July 23rd.
Rig Fest for Cool Kids is a charity fundraiser built to join together our off-roading community and our local businesses along with volunteers donating their time and expertise in bringing joy to children, the Cornelius Police Department, companies from out of town, and members of Lake Norman Overlanding and Jeep Club working diligently to provide a day of fun, all while raising donations for kids fighting cancer. Rig Fest is a free event to the public. Cool Kids Campaign will be at Rig Fest accepting any entry donations you would like to contribute for attending the event as well as providing raffle tickets for our charity raffle prizes for $5 each.
We will have three bands providing music entertainment, there will be food trucks on site, Vendor Village will be available for local shopping and business information, we will have a Rig Show & Shine $25 entry donation (click on "REGISTER NOW" to secure your entry, limited # of spots available), Charity Raffle Prizes (Raffle ticket purchases will be at the Cool Kids Campaign table for $5 each), Cool Kids Zone for fun, crafts, and Get well cards and decor duck to Cool Cancer Kids and D9 Brewing Lake Norman will have lots of beer and wine choices for you.

I met Tom after seeing their building sign at a stop light one day, that read "Cool Kids Clubhouse". I instantly thought that it may be a great place to take my little ones to the play at. I immediately went home and researched them and to my surprise, this is a clubhouse for "Cool Kids fighting Cancer". They strive to make every moment in a child's life from any age, fun and supporting the child and family through the good days and the bad, because once you are a Cool Kid you are a Cool Kid family for life. I stopped by one day after starting the Jeep Club to speak to them and express my ideas of Rig Fest for Cool Kids fundraiser. I was instantly greeted by Tom with such friendliness and excitement of what our future holds together. Every moment I have spent with Tom in business meetings about Rig Fest has made me appreciate him and his effort to be the joy and friend in these kid's lives during their cancer journey.
Tom will be speaking at our event and calling out the winners of our Charity raffle prizes at the event.
