Embodying earth energy, cultivating compassion, and returning to the truth of self.
The Rooted Soul Retreat is a gentle yet deeply transformative women's weekend designed to bring you back into your body, back into nature, and back into alignment with your true self at the stunning Lungovita Beach Retreat location.
This retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften your nervous system, and reconnect with the wisdom already living within you. Through intentional practices rooted in earth energy, compassion, and embodied awareness, you will be supported in releasing what no longer serves you and anchoring into a deeper sense of presence, clarity, and inner safety.
Throughout the weekend, you will experience a thoughtfully curated blend of various yoga practices, Reiki, sound healing, guided meditations, fire rituals, saunas, and sacred sister circles. You will also be guided through powerful workshops exploring the mind body connection, emotional healing, and self compassion, alongside an introduction to Human Design to help you better understand your divine energetic blueprint.
There is space woven throughout the retreat for rest, reflection, connection with nature, and integration. All sessions are optional, allowing you to honour your own rhythm and needs.
We will gather around nourishing meals (included in price), sacred fire, and heart centred conversation, creating a safe and supportive environment where you can arrive exactly as you are and leave feeling more grounded, open, and connected.
This retreat is for the woman who is ready to root into herself, cultivate compassion for her own inner world, and remember who she is beneath the noise of daily life.
No prior experience needed. Just an open heart and a willingness to listen inward.
Come home to yourself.
Come root your soul.
