This lecture will focus on the utilization of the 3 corner stones to achieve successful pulp regeneration from history till the future of pulp regeneration in both immature and mature teeth; and simply applying it in everyday practice.

  • Indications and clinical cases of Intentional replantation.

  • Clinical decision making: Endodontic microsurgery, Retreatment or Extraction.
  • Retreatment procedures: Presentation of a new and predictable retreatment protocol including a new 3D NiTi technology. Pre-mixed MTA and clinical applications.
  • Cleaning/irrigation: A comprehensive and evidence-based irrigation protocol will be discussed.
  • Perforations: Treatment of coronal and apical perforations using a pre-mixed bioceramic material.

Lecture on Sinus Endodontics surgery; Rational treatment and complications by Dr. Jean Yves Cochet
  • Understand sinus pathology and the process of selecting endodontic or surgical treatment.
  • Determine the pathophysiology and management of endodontic sinus deasease.
  • Learn how to read and interpret CBCT or CT scans and understand its applications for diagnosis, treatment and case selection of sinus pathology treatment,particulary in surgical approach. 
  • Define the sinus endodontic surgery indications, and manage complications. 
  • How to remove foreign bodies inside the sinus.
  • Piezo-surgery (including the repositioning of the bone), new resorbable membranes and bone grafting materials, can broaden our extent of treatment to regenerate original structures, in sinus surgery and extensive bony defects.

1-day module aiming to provide predictable and evidence-based techniques in endodontics and will be covering two parts:
  • Basic Part, covering the principles of access cavity including minimally invasive endodontics.
  • NiTi wires and their influence on different root canal systems.
  • Finding canals easily and simplifying the hassle of calcifications. 
  • The Advanced Part will be covering Separated Instruments: Etiology, prevention, and treatment.
