RSVP is required for entry! The venue seating is limited to 150.
We will have food, drinks, music, dancing, awards, awesome giveaways, and short films about trail running!

Admission

• FREE for BUTS members 
• $25 cash or Venmo at the door for non-members
  Note that BUTS membership is only $35, so for a little more than the cost of entry, you can enjoy the party plus a whole year of great trail karma. Join today! Since we are a non-profit organization, 100% of membership dues goes back to you and the trail community.  

Parking
1) we have permission to use the parking lot behind the East Birmingham Church of God in Christ at 5600 1st Ave N., which is one block from the Woodlawn Theater.
There will be a security officer in the lot from 4:30pm until 10:30pm.

2) there is a small municipal lot directly across the street from Woodlawn Theater

Evening Schedule:
5:00 -6:00 Sign ins, drinks and food
6:00 – 8:00 Trail Running Film Shorts (including intermission)
8:00 - 9:00 Club awards, loads of giveaways, socializing
9:00 - 10:00 Dance party and hangout with the incomparable DJ Tony Rodio
Food and Drink will be available throughout the event.

Food and Drink
Dinner will be catered by Finish Line Events & Catering (our own Jonathan Croy)
Non-alcoholic beverages (LaCroix, water and soda) provided
Each attendee will get 2 drink tickets for beer or wine
Cash bar for all other cocktails

Dress Code
