Purpose:
Specific training for Ward, Stake and Storehouse Emergency Communications Specialists. Any and all
interested in learning more about, or in developing, emergency communications networks and plans are also welcome.
Those of other faiths and organizations interested in emergency communications are invited to join us and share your ideas, knowledge and experience.

Dress:
Main session is in the Chapel, but Sunday attire is not required. Neat casual attire is requested. The Workshops will be held in other rooms of the building.

Breakouts:
There will be at least 5 Breakout sessions starting at 10:00am.  See the schedule for details

Show-and-tell:
In addition to the workshops we encourage you to set up a show-and-tell table in the Cultural Hall or a portable radio station inside or outside if you would like to share ideas on communications go-kits, portable antennas, stations etc. In the past this has been one of the favorite activities of the day by all in attendance.
Please -No commercial sales or swap-meet/garage sale type activities.

Refreshments this year are potluck:
Please feel free as individuals or as a stake to bring something to contribute.
Suggestions include breakfast type finger foods, Danish pastries, donuts, bagels, fruit, milk, juice, hot chocolate, etc.
