Speaker
Martin Schleicher is an independent consultant and advisor specializing on software strategy, business models, and ecosystem development. Martin brings over 25 years of experience in automotive software and electronics. From 2021 to 2025 he was “Head of Software Strategy” in Continental Automotive where he defined and executed strategic software initiatives. Before he held multiple leadership roles in Elektrobit, including responsibility for company strategy, product and portfolio management, and partnerships. Martin has been contributing to industry associations, such as AUTOSAR, Eclipse SDV, SOAFEE and VDA. He is a regular conference speaker and serves on advisory boards of automotive conferences.
