Friday January 30th
7:30-8:30 PM Ladies Styling
Refine your femme! This workshop focuses on elegant arm styling, fluid hip action, and essential body movement (shimmies, body rolls) to make your social dancing dynamic. Learn techniques for grace and confidence both in shines and partnerwork.
•Level: All Levels (Basic On2 knowledge required)
Saturday January 31st
11 AM-Noon Partnerwork - Beginners
Start strong! Focus on the fundamentals of connection, clear frame, and timing in On2. We'll cover the essential moves: cross-body leads, basic turns (right/left), and foundational leading/following techniques for connected, fun social dancing.
•Level: Open level (beginners welcome)
Noon-1 PM Body Movement & Musicality
Stop counting, start dancing! Master the art of body isolations and connections (ribcage, shoulders, hips) and integrate it into complex footwork (shines). Learn to anticipate and hit musical breaks and rhythms for a deeper connection to the salsa song.
•Level: Open level (Basic On2 knowledge recommended)
1-2 PM Partnerwork - Intermediate
Take your dancing to the next level! This class covers dynamic combinations, complex movements, and advanced lead/follow mechanics. Learn to execute sequences smoothly while maintaining musicality throughout.
• Level: Intermediate (Must be comfortable with On2)

Frida Moses is a professional dancer and instructor specializing in Latin social dance and fusion styles, and is the founder of EnamorArte Dance Company. Frida's own dance journey, rooted in her Mexican heritage and a lifetime of creative exploration, has instilled in her a deep understanding of how dance and music connects people across diverse cultures, and formed a desire to share the joy and power of artistic expression for both professionals and students.
