Our next event is coming up on Sunday, January 18, 5:30-9 PM at Embrace North. Entry is $45 in advance and will sell out at 65 people. No worries if you can't make the entire timeframe—even 2-3 hrs is a great window to show up and join in community.
Saunas will be going, and cold immersion will be available in Embrace North’s state-of-the-art chiller pool. Twice during the eve, Emily Mara will be guiding a 30-minute session through her creative take on an interval training class -- meant to leave you feeling lighter in mind, body and spirit. Curated to a dynamic playlist, it combines light cardio, elements of yoga + pilates, somatic movement + vocalization, and intentional breathing in a way that guides you into your body so you can meet yourself wherever you're at on 1/18. All levels are welcome. Bring a mat and your choice to wear shoes or go barefoot.
Sōbr Social founder and DJ Curtis Fox, will be activating the space with music from more chill early eve, moving into more lively to end the eve, so plan to fully enjoy. Reminder: the evening falls on a holiday weekend, so going a little later on a Sunday eve with extra rest on Monday feels good.
Nonalcoholic beverage excellence will be free and flowing all evening long by Jen Veralle, Mindful Drinking Movement, and Alexandra Zauner, Lucille’s Bottleshop, and will include Sauna Water, EVEN Bev, Fresh Steeps, and Tenneyson. And we'll have nourishing eats -- all complimentary.
