When the sun goes down, we’ll be eatin’ at Savor the Outdoors. Inspired by the beauty of the Texas Coast, our next dinner event will take place on the smooth sands of Matagorda Beach. With the Gulf of Mexico as your backdrop, the culinary experience will feature coastal cuisine by Chef Max Frisbie, from Mill Scale Metal Works. The menu will include romesco crusted redfish and New York strip accompanying beverages by Treaty Oak Distillery and Richard's Rainwater. Dinner guests will enjoy a live performance by Drew Kennedy, stargazing, beach bonfires and a firsthand look at LCRA Parks’ newest overnight accommodations – 10 modern beach bungalows. A select number of tickets will be available for purchase.
