Debra started her career in International pharmaceutical businesses before moving on to running family-owned businesses, managing up to 220 staff as a GM or CEO.

She then moved into her own businesses & ultimately coaching. She has owned & run businesses for over 25 years & worked with over 300 businesses.

After a family tragedy & wake-up call, Debra is now passionate about helping entrepreneurs live their ideal life by using EOS to create a better business.
Adam Harris
PROFESSIONAL EOS IMPLEMENTER

Adam is passionate about supporting business owners and leaders to achieve greater results for their teams, their businesses and themselves. He does this by clearly helping them to map out where they are and where they want to get to.
