2025 marks the centennial anniversary of the famous Scopes Trial, which played a pivotal role in shaping the ongoing debate between evolution and creation in America. The battle for the hearts and minds of the nation continues, with evolution being promoted as a dogma in the educational and scientific communities, often without true scientific merit. Yet, as the church and faithful believers continue to rise, the time has come to use this anniversary to catalyze change and ignite a movement. The Institute for Creation Research (ICR) is poised to lead this charge by bringing together believers and scientists to expose the flaws in evolutionary theory and share the life-changing truth of biblical creation.
Join scientists and experts from Institute for Creation Research, as well as other leading authors, speakers, and historians as we look back on 100 years since this momentous event, and talk about the impact it had, and what we know now that Darrow and Bryan did not know.

Josh Timonen
Former Atheist Activist and Founder of Bibles and Barbells
Josh Timonen was an evangelical atheist who worked closely with Richard Dawkins, Sam Harris, Christopher Hitchens, Michael Shermer and other well-known atheists in the late 2000s. He received a thank-you in Dawkins' The God Delusion, and a book dedication in Dawkins' The Greatest Show On Earth: The Evidence For Evolution. Josh filmed many prominent atheist videos at the time and created and managed RichardDawkins.net.
After separating from the atheist world, Josh was a "coasting atheist" for many years. But the events of 2020 pushed him to reevaluate his worldview, and reconsider the trust he had placed in scientific authority.
Later, Josh came to faith in Jesus Christ. After promoting atheism for many years, Josh is excited to use his skills to build God’s kingdom and reach those who might also have been misled into an atheistic worldview.
