The Details
- The Select Registry National Meeting & Conference will be held in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL Nov. 8, 9, & 10, 2026. We will begin at 5:00 p.m. on November 8th and end at 10:00 p.m. on November 10th. We recommend making travel plans to check in on the 8th and check out on the 11th.
- Ponte Vedra Inn & Club boasts ocean front lodging, beautiful private beaches, two renowned 18 hole golf courses, a full service spa, and multiple dining areas and lounges. Select Registry conference attendees will enjoy 10% off spa services and golf. Make your spa and golf reservations early!

There are a limited number of rooms available at the special room block rate. Ocean front and lagoon view rooms are available starting at $329 per night. All Preferred Beachside category rooms will have a beautiful partial or full ocean view.
- The special room block rate will be available for 3 days before and 3 days after the event for those who want to extend their stay to enjoy the resort and the area.
- The location is an easy drive or Uber from the airport Jacksonville International Airport.
- There are 5 onsite dining options and the hotel is in close proximity to many local shops and restaurants.
- Your registration will include all conference programming, 2 evening dinner events, 2 lunches and 2 breakfasts.
- Several payment options are available for registrations including no payment due until 6/30/26.
