2026 Associate Membership & Sponsorship Program Information
Information on the benefits and opportunities included at each level can be found on the benefit chart below. When you have determined your 2026 sponsorship level, please click on the Sponsorship/Registration link to make your 2026 membership level selection and secure your attendance at the National Conference.
Make your selection and register early! Register early if you plan to attend the National Conference, as there are a limited number of vendor tables available and they will likely sell out! Exhibitor table selection will be prioritized based on level of sponsorship and date of registration.
At the Silver level and above, participation in our vendor speed networking session at the conference is included. This is the most popular event for vendors as it gives each participating vendor 5 minutes with each attendee at the conference to present your products.

Terms of Agreement
● Fees and dues are an annual commitment and are non-refundable

● No trades or other business favors will be accepted in lieu of membership dues.
● Dues more than 60 days delinquent will result in the termination of membership.
● Associate Members are responsible for the quality and accuracy of all material and information presented to Select Registry.
● Select Registry reserves the right to reject submitted material it deems to be inappropriate, inadequate quality or in any other way detrimental to Select Registry’s brand.
● Associate Members agree to hold Select Registry, its Board of Directors and staff harmless from any claims, damages or liability that might arise from this agreement.
● Associate Members shall have such rights and privileges as determined by the Board of Directors and shall have no vote in meetings or ballots as required by the bylaws

Additional Attendee Fees
Additional Attendee Fee $995
Before registering, check your membership level for the included number of Attendees. You will have the option to add attendees as needed.
- Bronze + Conference - includes one attendee and an exhibitor table
- Silver Sponsorship - includes one attendee and an exhibitor table
- Gold Sponsorship - includes one attendee and an exhibitor table
- Diamond Sponsorship - includes 2 attendees and an exhibitor table
- Platinum Sponsorship - includes 3 attendees and a double exhibitor table
The following meals are included for each attendee - two event dinners, two lunches and two breakfasts. Monday Nov. 9th will be an open evening for attendees to have dinner on their own which will be an excellent opportunity for vendors that would like to plan a gathering for your clients.

Special discounted room rates starting at $329 will be available in the Select Registry room block at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. The reduced rate will also be available for booking 3 days in advance of the event and 3 days after.
We recommend booking your lodging early as there are a limited number of rooms at the special rate. Note: ALL Preferred Beachside rooms will have beautiful partial or full ocean views.
