Ashlee Davis
Global Head of DEI and Talent Development, Ancestry
Ashlee Davis brings more than 17 years of diversity, civil rights, and talent development experience to lead Ancestry’s global end-to-end Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Learning Development strategy. Her professional experience spans the industries of private, nonprofit, and the Executive branch of the federal government, where she held roles in agriculture, finance, banking, and social services. Ashlee served six years in the Obama administration in positions including the Senior Advisor for Civil Rights and White House Liaison at the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
 
In her role, Ashlee heads policies and programs to foster an inclusive and equitable work environment where there are diverse voices and backgrounds at the table. She also partners with product and marketing leaders to create inclusive product experiences to help everyone easily discover, craft, and connect around their family story.
 
Ashlee is a native of Nashville, TN, a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Howard University School of Law, an avid Tennessee sports fan, and someone with wanderlust who is always planning her next adventure with her wife.

EMILY RUNYAN
Emily Runyan is a Licensed Psychotherapist, International Speaker, Writer, and Entrepreneur. She founded Tennessee Mental Wellness, a therapy group practice in Gallatin and online throughout Tennessee that specializes in healing trauma and strengthening relationships for children, teens, adults, couples and families. Emily's clinical specializations are: Trauma healing (especially relationship traumas like betrayal and divorce), self-esteem, life transitions, and Therapy for High-achieving Career-driven Professionals. Emily is passionate about helping women liberate themselves from the tyranny of self-doubt, overwhelm, and people-pleasing, and instead to learn how to prioritize their own well-being. Emily believes that self-care is not selfish, and is a self-proclaimed "Self Care Savage"!

KIM BAKER
Kim Baker has been a driving force at the Gallatin Area Chamber of Commerce since 2013, stepping into the CEO role in 2015. A lifelong learner and dedicated community advocate, Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication from Middle Tennessee State University and multiple professional certifications, including Tennessee Certified Economic Developer (TCEcD), Institute for Organizational Management (IOM), and Tennessee Certified Chamber Executive. She is a graduate of Leadership Middle Tennessee and Leadership Sumner and actively serves on numerous boards, including United Way of Sumner County, Gallatin Shalom Zone, Tennessee Chamber of Commerce Executives, and Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee,. Beyond her professional leadership, Kim is a Girl Scout leader, a passionate supporter of small businesses, and an event-planning enthusiast. When she’s not championing Gallatin’s growth, she enjoys spending time with her history-loving husband, Ryan, their red-headed daughter, Annlyn, teenage bonus son, Hayden, and their two dogs—a wild hound named Georgia and a lovable golden retriever named Rooby—often with coffee in hand and a love for Wonder Woman and live music.

MARIBETH BEARFIELD
Maribeth Bearfield is an accomplished, results-oriented human resources professional with global experience in high tech, financial services, telecommunications, and professional service sectors. She has demonstrated value added expertise in strategic partnering, business transformation, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, leadership and talent development, succession planning, performance management and executive compensation. Her career has taken her to many exciting places including Boston, London, and now Gallatin, Tennesee. She is currently driving the human resources strategy at SERVPRO as its Chief Human Resources Officer.

JOY WALD
Joy Wald is a results-driven executive with a 20-year track record of operations leadership, re-engineering business processes, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and IT business system transformation. Joy has a demonstrated ability to drive rapid growth and business transformation in all aspects of multi-unit and route-based service delivery, from customer care to field service, to sales management and back office functions.
Joy joined SERVPRO in 2024 as Chief Technology Officer. Prior to that Joy, was with Rentokil Terminix, first as a Senior Vice President before being named Chief Information and Transformation Officer.

RHIANNON ADAMS
Rhiannon Adams joined SERVPRO in November 2024, stepping into the role of Chief Revenue Officer for the National Accounts team. With a robust background in executive leadership, Rhiannon has also served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Markets at Mohawk Group, where she played a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation. Her background also includes significant positions at Interface, a leading commercial flooring manufacturer, where she led the company’s first global business transformation in its 40-year history. Rhiannon has also held senior roles at Teknion, a contract furniture manufacturer, and is an active member of CHIEF, an organization dedicated to supporting women executives. Her diverse expertise encompasses commercial construction, strategic planning, P&L management, and fostering high-level client relationships.
