SETTLE + Tai Chi Gung
a somatic workshop for the nervous system + community gathering
SETTLE is a somatic wellness experience designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a real, embodied way. In a world that constantly asks you to go faster, do more, and stay “on,” SETTLE offers something different: a space to pause, soften, and come back into balance.

Through a blend of gentle movement, breathwork, rest, and sensory awareness, SETTLE supports your body in shifting out of stress mode and into a state of calm, clarity, and restoration. It’s not about performance or perfection—it’s about feeling.

People come to SETTLE to:
  • Release built-up stress and tension
  • Regulate their nervous system and lower cortisol
  • Feel more grounded, present, and connected
  • Experience rest in a way that actually feels productive
  • Be in community without pressure or expectation

Tai Chi Gung led by Brian- rooted in the ancient practice of Tai Chi Gung—a 3,000-year-old Tibetan moving meditation founded by Lao Tzu. This is not your typical tai chi class. Through gentle, standing movements, you’ll be guided to awaken your vital energy, restore inner balance, and cultivate a profound sense of calm.

Expect a grounding, accessible session that blends mindful movement, breath, guided meditation, journaling and time to meet others over a cup of tea!

We will be outside for this experience, please dress for the season!

Bring a yoga mat, towel or something to sit on, a reusable water bottle, journal and pen.

Co host Brian Early is a traditionally trained practitioner of Tai Chi Gung with over 1,500 hours of study under Master Lama Rasaji and the Circle of Chi. His yoga journey was featured in Natural Awakenings Magazine (Sept 2022), and today he shares this ancient practice to help others raise energy, find balance, and reconnect with their soul.
