Build a Security-First Culture
Discuss, develop, and improve an organization's collective approach to security. This forum bring together employees, leaders, and experts to align on values, share best practices, and address challenges related to security policies and behaviors. The goal is to embed a strong security-first mindset throughout the organization, ensuring that everyone understands their role in protecting data and systems.

This Security Culture Forum is a platform where professionals, leaders, and experts meet to discuss, share, and improve the "security culture" within organizations. This culture refers to the collective attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors of employees concerning security, whether it is physical or cybersecurity.

Building a Resilient Mindset
We aim to shift security from a reactive IT-only task to a proactive, shared responsibility that is integrated into daily operations.

Cyber Security as Business Value: Management Attention, the Key to Success

The best technology fails if the employee culture doesn't follow suit. Security culture is the invisible engine that makes your organization resilient, but this engine requires management attention to start and run effectively.

This session demonstrates how to transform cybersecurity from a mandatory exercise into a shared responsibility. We will highlight the critical role of leaders in shaping and promoting a positive security culture, and provide concrete strategies on how to leverage management attention to sustainably change behavior and integrate security into the DNA of your company.

Security Champions in the Field – Cyber Security Culture that Involves Everyone
Security champions are common in software development, but what about in business units? At SBB, we went beyond the norm, embedding champions across multiple business units. This approach transformed cybersecurity from a central department function into a broad organizational culture movement.

This presentation will cover our journey, the challenges we faced, and the success stories that developed from this strategy.

Insider Threat & Risk Management - Challenges in Security Awareness and Organizational Culture

Organizations often focus on external attacks, despite many devastating breaches coming from insiders or trusted contractors. Culturally, they struggle with the idea of an internal threat.

To constructively manage this, companies must first understand the insider threat and industry best practices. A critical self-reflection is needed to improve resilience and implement a balanced framework that respects privacy and integrity - an approach that benefits every employee. We must also understand avoidable pitfalls in this effort.
