Our annual club assembly, the Simpson Shrimp Feed, will be held Thursday, July 11, at Patrick Harrington's home (2115 Deer Run Ln.) at 5pm. This will take the place of our regular weekly meeting that day.

This is a members only event and is free of charge. This is a more casual event that will be outdoors, so please dress accordingly. Beverages will be provided and include water, beer, and limited wine.

The evening begins with an hour of fellowship. We will take a group photo and then dinner will be served around 6pm. Following dinner we will breakout into small groups to provide member feedback on pre-determined questions. We hope that you can join us for a memorable evening of fun and fellowship!

New members (those who have joined Rotary since July 2023), are asked to volunteer to help with set-up and food service. For those still working on their 100-points worksheet, volunteering at this event will get you closer to getting your blue badge. If you would like to volunteer and haven't let Kim Pittman know yet, please email [email protected] to let her know.

If you can't eat shrimp or simply don't like it, don't let that stop you from coming! You can include a request on your RSVP for chicken tenders instead of shrimp.

The deadline to RSVP is July 5th.
