The Christmas Ship Parade is a cherished Pacific Northwest tradition, dating back to 1954, when the first parade featured a single, beautifully decorated vessel sailing along the waterways to spread holiday cheer. Today, this festive spectacle has grown to approximately 55 ships across two fleets, drawing families and friends from across the region and lighting up the season with music, twinkling lights, and joyful celebration.

Our terrace offers the perfect vantage point to enjoy this year’s parade, with unobstructed views of the illuminated ships as they sail by.
