From meandering down Pony Trail on Whistler Mountain, enjoying Aprés ski off the slopes with your lifelong Lithuanian friends, soaking in the hot tub at Listel Hotel (our lodging for the weekend), to shooting down the winter zipline over snow-covered pine trees, there is something for EVERYONE to enjoy. (Non-skiers to experts) Meet us at the secret Blackcomb ice cave, anyone?

Getting to Vancouver
All attendees are responsible for their own travel expenses to Vancouver! Try to book ASAP as prices rise everyday.
Flying
Fly into Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Avoid Abbotsford International Airport (YXX) as this is over an hour outside of Vancouver and even further from Whistler.
Coming from the East Coast? We recommend flying directly into Seattle (instead of having a layover in Toronto) and taking the bus across the border. This can save time and money. Ferry
If you are traveling by ferry we highly recommend arriving at the Horseshoe Bay terminal in North Vancouver. Then take an Uber/taxi or the 257 bus to Downtown Vancouver, and make your way to Yaletown-Roadhouse Station.
Good to Know
Arrange to arrive in Vancouver on March 31st (morning would be best) to leave time to get through the airport, gather luggage, arrive at the meeting point, and eat before the journey to Whistler.
You can arrive as early as you’d like, as long as it’s not in the middle of the night. We will be meeting near Yaletown-Roundhouse Station. If you arrive early, luggage will be supervised so you are welcome to explore downtown Vancouver before the charter bus is scheduled to leave. Details with an exact address will be provided via email, upon registration.
Remember: Vancouver is in Pacific Standard Time, so when you’re booking flights from another time zone, make sure you don’t arrive too late or too early.

Food & Drink
In BC, you must be 19+ to purchase alcohol, consume alcohol, and enter numerous establishments that serve alcohol, such as bars and clubs. Therefore, this trip will be limited to 19-35 year olds.
Breakfast and lunch on ski days are up to you. If you are skiing, Whistler has multiple lodges on the mountain open for lunch. Make sure to check the time they stop serving lunch (Roundhouse stops selling lunch at 2PM)! They have quick-eats vending machines - if you want to grab a quick snack - or sit down style cafeterias.
Every night, we’ll announce which restaurant/pub the group will be heading to for dinner. We’ll also share where we’ll be going out that night for drinks. You’re welcome to go with the group or eat somewhere else in the village.

Can I bring a +1 (Lithuanian or non-Lithuanian)?
Yes! Just make sure they also register through our form, so we’ll have an accurate number of attendees. They are also welcome to purchase accommodation and bus transportation through KLJS (done in the ski trip registration form).
