This posing seminar will help you prepare for your 2023 bodybuilding season whether it’s your first show or need some brushing up on your posing. Dorothy Tiller will be teaching bodybuilding posing from Women’s Bikini all the way to Men’s Bodybuilding. You will learn how to do mandatory poses, how to create a t-walk, and learn what judges are looking for in each category. You are welcome to come even if you are curious about what bodybuilding is all about.
Class will be from 10am till 2:30pm, with a lunch break. Register now, $25 per person to guarantee your spot.
