Know Before You Go:
CREDIT CARD: A temporary hold will be placed in your credit card for incidentals, this will be released at check-out.
ACCOMMODATION FEE: A 45 USD fee per person, per night will apply. The fee is applicable to all agents and must be paid at the host resort upon arrival. No exceptions can be made, and the fee applies to all resorts in Mexico, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. There will be no reimbursement of this fee once it is charged. The room is included.
*The room assignment is based on single occupancy per agent, regardless there are different agents from the same travel agency. Companions are not permitted, only travel agents may attend. No exceptions can be made*
FAM TRIP AGENDA: All activities scheduled in the agenda are mandatory, if you fail to attend any of them, you will be charged a Travel Agent Rate for the entire Fam Trip stay. GUESTS WITH MOBILITY LIMITATIONS: Due to rooms are not equipped accordingly and some buildings may not offer elevator service, our resorts are not recommended for guests with mobility limitations.
SITE INSPECTIONS: Please keep in mind that during site inspections you will be required to walk outdoors, stand for long periods and climb up stairs occasionally. SOCIAL MEDIA: Please make sure to use the official hashtags provided for each of our brands. When using tags, please verify that you are tagging the official social media accounts. If you have any questions, please ask your Regional Sales Manager or your fam host.
DRESS CODE: Please follow the guidelines provided in our Gourmet Inclusive® Dress Code during your visit to our restaurants: Ladies: dresses, skirts, long pants, shoes, capri pants, elegant sandals. Gentlemen: Long pants, collared shirts, casual shoes, formal bermuda. Not permitted: baseball caps, peaks, tank tops & flip-flops, sport shorts nor hats. USE OF SPA FACILITIES: Travel agents are entitled to receive 20% off all full-price services at our Vassa Spas (Excludes Hair & Beauty services).
