In the event of a cancellation all paid attendees, vendors, artist showcases, film submissions and sponsorships will receive a full refund within 7 business days of notice. The refund will be returned in the form of payment source made. Pandemic precautions: In the event of a public health threat, inclement weather or any act of GOD governed by the State of Georgia , "SSRFMC" and/or the Doubletree Hotel by Hilton, that would cause the event to be postponed. All registered attendees, artist and film enrollees, vendors and sponsors will be notified of the new rescheduled date and all payments will rollover for the new date. The SSRM Conference, and the event organizers will not be held liable for theft, bodily injury, illness, and/or property damages by way of attending the "SSRFM" Conference. No firearms, illegal paraphernalia, drugs, or disorderly conduct will be tolerated. If you are removed from the property due to violation of the conference policy here and/or the hotel policy in which you sign at check-in as you would during any normal hotel stay on arrival. The "SSRFM" Conference will NOT issue a refund for your conference registration, hotel stay, sponsorship, vendor fee, artist showcase etc. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
