What is the refund policy for Spark US?
- Cancellations received 45+ days prior to the event will receive a full refund, minus a small administrative fee (if applicable).
- Cancellations received 30–44 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations received 29 days or less before the event are non-refundable.
- Attendee substitutions may be made at any time prior to the event by notifying the event organizer in writing.
