Questions
I want to come but am concerned about the costs
If you’d like to attend but are concerned about the costs, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We truly want you to be there, and we’re more than willing to work something out with you. Your presence matters most, and we’re happy to explore options to help make it possible.
Are there overnight accommodations on-site?
Yes, there are beds available in the dorms on-site, providing a convenient and comfortable lodging option for attendees. However, please remember to bring your own sleeping bag or twin-sized sheets and blankets to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The dorms offer a great way to stay close to all the activities while fostering fellowship with others in a shared space.
For those who prefer alternative accommodations, the campground is just a short 15-minute drive from Bedford, where you’ll find a variety of hotels to choose from. Whether you’re looking for budget-friendly options or more upscale lodging, Bedford offers multiple choices to suit different needs and preferences. No matter where you stay, we encourage you to fully engage in the experience and enjoy everything this special gathering has to offer!
