Emily Bartscher and Sarah Parmenter are the co-directors of Uniquely Yours, a disability support and care organization. Drawing from decades of combined experience as educators, caregivers, advocates, and parents, they have built a relationship-centered business focused on creating safe, inclusive, and meaningful opportunities for children of all abilities. They share a mission of helping every child feel valued, supported, and empowered while providing families with care they can trust. 

Elliott Neff, Chess4Life
National Master Elliott Neff is a USCF Level V Coach, author of A Pawn’s Journey, and the Founder and CEO of Chess4Life: an Inc. 5000 company that uses chess to help kids build perseverance, confidence, and strong decision‑making skills. Through Chess4Life’s licensing model, schools, districts, and youth organizations nationwide now deliver the proven curriculum to their own students, multiplying the impact far beyond what any single coach or classroom could achieve and reaching tens of thousands of children each week.
