Next in the Jaguars’ schedule are the Indianapolis Colts, who are coming off a win over the New York Jets in Week 9. Here’s all the info you need to know for the game.
Jaguars Injury Report vs. Colts Week 10.

There’s only Jaguars player listed as questionable ahead of the game but is a meaningful one. Running back James Robinson has been limited in practice after missing the game against the Bills. Head coach Urban Meyer expects the former Illinois State Redbird to play but it’s not a sure thing he will. Even if he does suit up, he may not be 100 percent healthy and will split carries with Carlos Hyde.

Left tackle Cam Robinson didn’t play in Week 9 and but will return to the starting lineup. Linebacker Myles Jack and quarterback Trevor Lawrence were limited in practice early in the week but had no restrictions Friday and were cleared from the injury report. On a side note, the Jags signed wide receiver John Brown to the practice squad just a few days ago. It remains to be seen if they will promote him to the active roster and make his debut with the Black and Teal in Week 10.

On the other sideline, Indy already ruled out cornerback Xavier Rhodes. The 2013 first-round pick is dealing with a calf injury and didn’t practice this week. Defensive tackle DeForest Bucker is also listed as questionable but the Colts’ coaching staff is optimistic he will play.

Week 10 NFL picks for Colts vs. Jaguars

Before entering any Jaguars vs. Colts picks, you'll want to see the NFL predictions from the advanced computer model at SportsLine. The model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, is up almost $7,600 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception six-plus years ago. The model enters Week 10 of the 2021 season on an incredible 128-88 run on top-rated NFL picks that dates back to the 2017 season.

The model also ranked in the top 10 on NFLPickWatch four of the past five years on straight-up NFL picks and beat more than 94 percent of CBS Sports Football Pick'em players four times during that span. Anyone who has followed it is way up.

For Colts vs. Jaguars, the model is picking Indianapolis to cover the 10-point spread in well over 50 percent of simulations. The Colts are 6-3 against the spread this season, and 3-2 ATS at Lucas Oil Stadium. They'll need to put up points, because they could be without two of their top defenders. Starting cornerback Xavier Rhodes will miss the game with a calf injury, and defensive tackle Deforest Buckner is questionable with a back injury.

The Colts have had one of the league's top rush defenses, but with a number of injuries to account for, there could be some room for Jacksonville's rushing attack. The good news for the Colts is their running back, Jonathan Taylor, is on pace to finish as the league's leading rusher in 2021. In his two games against the Jaguars last season, he averaged over seven yards per carry.

The Jaguars have been one of the league's lowest-producing offenses this season and, more specifically, have the fourth-worst passing offense. Even with Rhodes out, rookie QB Trevor Lawrence may be in for another underwhelming game as he and his receivers haven't always been on the same page. The Jaguars have shown they can play tough, but the model projects that Taylor will finish with over 80 yards and threaten to score a touchdown as Indianapolis rolls this week.
