More Than a Tournament
Summer Slam isn't just about scoring goals. It's about giving others the chance to experience the competitive spirit, teamwork, and friendships that make hockey special.
Join us for a day of hockey, community, and giving back.
Playing for a Purpose
Every dollar raised from Summer Slam 2026 will once again benefit the Knoxville Sled Bears, East Tennessee's adaptive hockey program.
Over the last five years, Summer Slam participants have helped raise nearly $50,000 to support adaptive hockey and provide opportunities for athletes with disabilities to enjoy the game.
Under the leadership of
Eric Stahl, the Sled Bears continue to grow and thrive:
🏒 Competed in 5 tournaments this past season
🏒 Added 4 new sleds, with another on the way
🏒 Expanded to 18 active players
The impact goes far beyond hockey. Every new player represents someone getting the opportunity to compete again, build confidence, develop friendships, and rediscover the joy of being part of a team.
