Move. Anchor. Align. Empower!
On July 31st, we’ll be under a waxing crescent moon—a phase known for planting seeds, quiet momentum, and rooting into intention.
It’s not about bold action or big releases. It’s about anchoring, aligning, and calling in what we’re ready to grow.
This moon phase carries the energy of quiet confidence. It’s the perfect time to: Ground back into your body. Reconnect with nature. Let your mind soften, and create space for what’s next.
Through movement, heat, and cold, we’ll use nature’s elements to regulate our nervous systems, honor our bodies, and create space to breathe—literally and energetically.
You don’t need to come with answers.
You just need to come open.
The clarity comes in the quiet.
Every summer, my aunt, the magical
Susan McCulley,, comes in from Charlottesville, Virginia for our annual family pool party. And every year, we spend days barefoot in the yard… moving, dancing, stretching, sweating, swimming, belly-laughing, and just being. It’s kinda like therapy, but way more fun.
This year, we’re turning it into something more—and you’re invited.
All ages, genders, bodies, and personalities welcome.
This backyard gathering is inspired by the work we do with our own team—intentionally creating space to pause, breathe, and come back to ourselves. Now, we’re opening that space up to you too. No pressure. No perfect poses. Just full permission to show up exactly as you are, move your body, and reset your energy.
