General parking around DC can be pre-arranged. Download these apps and set up accounts and payment information. For parking spaces use SpotHero or ParkWhiz apps in advance or in the moment. For quick transportation, door to door, Uber/Lyft are generally used the most over taxis. The Metro is used often too and the NoMa-Gallaudet stop is next to the Courtyard Marriott Hotel where most have arranged to stay.
