About the Teacher
Mariana is a writer, mother, and Kripalu Yoga teacher. After years devoted to writing, dance, and yoga, she remains fascinated by the stories we carry in our bodies, and the ones we discover when we move.

What to Know
• Please arrive on time. The practice space is about a 5-minute uphill walk from the parking area.
• Class will begin around 6:55 PM and end at approximately 8 PM.
• Payment accepted at the door: cash, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
• We will be practicing on grass. Please bring a yoga mat and anything that will help you feel comfortable—a towel or blanket, water bottle, blocks, or mosquito repellent.
