The OMAG Municipal Supervisor Bootcamp is designed to equip supervisors with essential skills and resources to manage and lead municipal teams effectively. The bootcamp covers practical aspects such as managing workflows, hiring practices, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. At the end of the Municipal Supervisor Bootcamp, participants should be able to:
