Take the free class, artists talks, art exhibition and sale of paintings.

If you're in a routine that leaves you feeling drained and weighed down by challenges, a contemplative art practice can bring lightness of being and the replenishing calm, clarity and genius of creative flow.

This is not just art, but an intentional practice supported by an alchemy of tested and proven steps developed since 2011.

Informed by neuroscience, mindfulness practices and a raft of training and experience, Art, Gentle is a carefully curated program of 10 guided, online monthly workshops starting in March 2026.

Try out one of my best classes and settle your nervous system, tap into the gentleness of your creative innocence and even access your wise insights this coming Saturday (PT)/ Sunday (AEDT)

I'll be making a special offer for Art, Gentle with 5 awesome bonuses.
AND first to book wins a private MAGIC of COLOUR Workshop!

My former student Tabi will have a spot to talk about her beautiful work.

And I'll speak about my art practice too, show you around the studio and have an awesome sale on my luminous abstract paintings.

I'm looking forward to sharing my contemplative art practice with you!

Suzanne

RECENT FEEDBACK from this year's Contemplative Art Group:

"I'm more friendly with myself than I've ever been. I treasure what I've created. The energy I see is joy. It's a surprise! ...I'm tapping into something - the joy of life... Life!" HANNAH

"I enrolled in Suzanne’s Contemplative Art because I was locked into a work/ home routine which seemed to exclude time for play or joy. I found myself so absorbed in the art at times that the outer world fell away and I was in the flow of a creative process." PAULINE

"I love the gentleness of it; the meditation and the making. It’s more about the joy of the creative process; the outcome doesn’t matter, though I’ve been surprised by some of the things I’ve created... The guided processes help me be more spontaneous and less judgmental. This is important because my anxiety was ‘through the roof’ due to serious health issues. ...The workshops are perfect for me because I can feel the joy and creativity of painting without the pressure." ANNE

***Stay to the end to be in the draw for the Lucky Door Prize - a travel set of French watercolours***
