Tampa Connect is a one day church conference hosted by Pillar Network churches in the Tampa Bay area that seeks to unite around shared distinctives, encourage believers through preaching, prayer, music, and fellowship, and demonstrate our commitment to the planting and revitalizing of local churches.
There is NO COST to attend and a FREE lunch will be provided by The Pillar Network. However, please REGISTER if you plan to attend so that accurate lunch plans can be made.
IMPORTANT: Since the Tampa Pillar Region is made up of both English and Spanish speaking congregations, some portions of the conference will be in English while other portions will be in Spanish. Unless you are bilingual, please bring headphones with your smartphones and download the Zoom app as live translations will be provided through a Zoom link.

Billy Dalton
Pastor, First Baptist Church
Pastor Billy Dalton has been the preaching pastor at First Baptist Church of Cedar Key, FL for six years. In that time the church has gone through a revitalization process, has been able to plant another church, and has begun a
residency internship. Before serving in Cedar Key, Billy and his wife Heather served in ministry overseas for eight years in Central Asia and Africa. Billy and Heather have been married for twenty-three years and have seven children.

Joe Earle
Pastor, Riverside Baptist Church
Pastor Joe Earle has been married to his wife Amy for sixteen years and together they have three children. Joe is the lead pastor at Riverside Baptist Church of New Port Richey, FL, a congregation he has worked to revitalize for six years alongside three other elders. Prior to pastoring in Florida, Joe pastored for ten years in Iowa. Recently, he earned his Doctorate of Ministry from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Kidannie Laboy
Pastor, Iglesia Comunidad biblica
Pastor Kidannie Laboy was born in Puerto Rico and is married to Sara Puerto, a native Honduran. After completing a pastoral internship at Iglesia Bautista Palabra de Vida in Tampa, FL, along with a pastoral residency with the Send Network at Providence Road Church in Miami, FL, Kidannie planted Iglesia Comunidad Biblica in Spring Hill, FL and now serves as one of its pastors.
Erick Santallana
Pastor, iglesia bautista palabra de vida
Pastor Erick Santallana is a native of Cuba where he pastored for five years, he is married to his beloved wife Nayra with whom he has three children, and he is a doctor of veterinary medicine. Erick has been one of the pastors at Iglesia Bautista Palabra de Vida in Tampa, FL for four years and he is currently working on a master's degree through Latin American Reformed Seminary.
