The library is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm. Might be too far to walk, but def worth a lyft ride there. Probably a public bus also as the Library Grounds are on Red River like our hotel, about a mile away. If you take the hop-on-hop-off bus, the library is a scheduled stop. Tickets from $12. Just past San Jacinto Blvd. on your right will be the Texas Capitol Visitors Center. They can guide you through the steps to get on a tour. Tours depart about every 30-45 minutes and last about 30 minutes. The last tour departs at 3:30 pm. The Capital is also a stop on the Hop-On Hop-Off bus.

5. Hang out with friends in the One Knite room off the pool area at the hotel. It will be stocked with snacks, coffee and tea, and open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. We have provided plenty of time to hang out with friends old and new.

6. Explore on your own.
