Sheriff Mike Boudreaux, is excited to announce "Winter Wonderland at Mooney Grove Park." This year, Tulare County Sheriff's Police Activities League (TCSO PAL) has collaborated with General Services and Parks to bring our first-ever Christmas Light walk-thru event. We want to invite our local community partners to come and decorate their booth all while interacting with our community.
