We host our classes in our family run restaurant at Casa Mia Ristorante where we can provide you with a special experience from start to finish. ACT FAST – Seats sell Quick! :
Due to the overwhelming response we've been receiving, our public classes tend to fill up fast. We like to keep seats in our public classes limited so that we can be present for each guest every step of the way, supporting your pasta making journey! We encourage you to secure your spot at the pasta-making table as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.

DONT be discouraged or intimidated! These experiences are created with all various levels of skill in mind. From never stepping foot into the kitchen to being a seasoned chef, we welcome you with open arms. We’re here to teach you about the ingredients, the processes and the traditions and history.

Accompanied with a hospitable experience from start to finish, Matthew your Sommelier and Olivia your Chef, both experts in hospitality share the same passions for food, wine and traditions and bring to you a unique experience like no other in the area.

***CANCELLATION POLICY***

1. Tickets are Non-Refundable: All reservations are non-refundable. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise and understand that life can be unpredictable, but due to the nature of our business and the advanced preparations required for each event, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

Make-Up Date Option:
We do offer a one-time opportunity to reschedule your class to another available date within 90 days of the originally booked event. This allows you the flexibility to still enjoy the pasta-making experience you've been looking forward to.
After the 90-day period from the originally scheduled event date has passed, your ticket will be considered redeemed, and further rescheduling will not be possible and a new ticket must be purchased.
