Joe is the owner and mastermind behind Columbus Botanical Depot. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army, and previously worked for Nationwide Insurance. He obtained his Real Estate License in 2003 with H.E.R Realty and later The Brown Company Real Estate.

Joe's journey with CBD began in 2013, shortly after he lost his father and uncle due to liver failure from pharmaceuticals and chemotherapy. He made an oath to himself that he would do everything in his power to help heal the world.

He left behind his successful career in real estate and began the rugged ascent towards career fulfillment and embodying his true passion in this world. Columbus Botanical Depot was the first CBD store to open shop in the nation, a small business that prides itself on carrying a variety of the highest quality hemp for its customers.

Connor brings his caring and empathic nature into every room he enters. He is the father of a beautiful three year old girl, and juggles his responsibilities with grace. He loves music, art, and nature and previously managed the drum department at Guitar Center.

Connor has had an affinity for plant medicine from a young age, and has taken huge steps in the past year to pursue this passion. He has used plant medicine as holistic treatment for anxiety and depression over the past decade. He has spent most of his professional career in retail management - but finds the CBD community to have the most rewarding benefits for consumers. He is the General Manager at Columbus Botanical Depot, and transitioned into the role seamlessly. He looks forward to continuing to spread knowledge and benefits of CBD.

Riley is an energetic person with an insatiable hunger for knowledge. He grew up in a house which believed in the benefits of natural healing,  and his curiosity led him to pursue a role in the cannabis industry. Riley attended Cleveland School of Cannabis, where he quickly earned his certification for the Executive Program.

Riley has worked at a variety of CBD stores within the community, and has found Columbus Botanical Depot to be the best establishment to align with his personal mission of health and wellness first. He enjoys researching and supplying customers with the knowledge, as well as the products, that they desire to make informed decisions on implementing plant medicine into their own lives. 

Carly is a driven and adaptable young woman who began educating herself on natural remedies seven years ago.  Before landing a role at Columbus Botanical Depot, she spent six years in the hospitality industry, and one year as a traveling sales agent in the energy industry. On the side, she is a certified animal caregiver in the community.

Carly recently earned her associates degree at Columbus State Community College, with specialization in business. She plans to continue her education in various areas throughout the future. Carly was diagnosed with PTSD as a teenager and uses cannabinoids and functional mushrooms to naturally regulate her symptoms. She is filled with excitement as she is now in a position to build her knowledge and experience in the realm of natural wellness.

Nic is a passionate, ambitious individual who began his journey with plant medicine six years ago. Previously, he worked alongside teens as a life coach, as well as a variety of hospitality and retail positions. After deciding that traditional psychology was not his true passion, he began taking courses at Cleveland School of Cannabis, where he was top of his class in the Executive Program.

After graduation, Nic moved up to Michigan with his partner to pursue a career in cannabis before he turned 21. He quickly climbed the ladder to inventory lead at the dispensary. Now, he is a full-time lead agent at Strawberry Fields Dispensary and a CBD educator with Columbus Botanical Depot. He is a true believer in the medical benefits of cannabis - as he has used it to mediate symptoms of his IBS for years.
