Workplace Inclusion Advocate Award
For an admin professional who actively supports diversity, equity, and inclusion in your workplace. Their actions, whether formal or informal, contribute to a more inclusive, respectful, and empowered environment.

 Excellence in Event & Operations Coordination
Awarded to an admin whose planning and delivery of events, meetings, or operational activities are executed with exceptional attention to detail, alignment to business goals, and a seamless experience for stakeholders.

Excellence in Mentorship & Team Leadership
For an admin who uplifts others, shares expertise, and invests in developing talent. Their leadership strengthens the capabilities of those around them and contributes to a collaborative and high-performing workplace.

 AIOP Awards Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all nominations submitted for the AIOP Awards (“Awards”) facilitated by the Australian Institute of Office Professionals (AIOP) (“Organiser”). By submitting a nomination, nominators and nominees (“Entrants”) agree to be bound by the following:

1. Contact Information

2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who are legal residents of Australia or the APAC region and employed in an administrative, executive support, or office professional role.
2.2 Employees of AIOP and individuals directly involved in judging or administering the Awards are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Process
3.1 Nominations must be submitted via the official online entry form by 5:00pm AEST on 19 September 2025.
3.2 All required fields must be completed in full. Incomplete, illegible, or late entries may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
3.3 Self-nominations and third-party nominations are accepted.

4. Judging and Selection
4.1 All valid nominations will be reviewed and assessed by a panel of judges appointed by the Organiser.
4.2 Judging criteria will be determined by the Organiser and may include leadership, initiative, performance, and impact.
4.3 The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility and authenticity of nominations.
4.4 All judging decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
4.5 The Chair of the Judges holds the authority to veto final judging outcomes if deemed necessary to uphold the integrity of the awards.
4.6 The judging panel reserves the right not to present an award in any category if no entry is deemed to meet the required standard of excellence.

5. Awards and Prizes
5.1 Winners will be announced at the AIOP Admin Awards event on 30 October 2025 and/or via email and social media.
5.2 Prizes or recognition awarded are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated.
5.3 The Organiser accepts no liability for any variation in prize value or availability.
5.4 Failure to accept an award or prize at the stipulated time may result in forfeiture of the award or prize.

6. Publicity and Consent
6.1 By entering, Entrants consent to the Organiser using their name, photograph, nomination details, and likeness for promotional and media purposes without compensation, including on websites, social media, print, and event materials.
6.2 Entrants agree that any materials submitted may be edited or adapted for use by the Organiser at its discretion.

7. Privacy
7.1 All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.
7.2 Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting [email protected].

8. Disqualification and Withdrawal
8.1 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who it reasonably believes has breached these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in unlawful or improper conduct.
8.2 The Organiser may remove or withdraw an award at any time if later evidence suggests misconduct or ineligibility.

9. Liability and Indemnity
9.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation in the Awards or acceptance of any prize.
9.2 Entrants agree to release and indemnify the Organiser from any claims arising from their participation in the Awards.
