Keynote: Why Some EAs Are Becoming More Valuable While Others Are Becoming Easier to Replace with Rachel Bonetti
The executive assistant profession is entering a period of significant change. As organisations rethink how work gets done, embrace new technologies and place increasing pressure on efficiency, a noticeable divide is emerging. Some EAs are being invited into bigger conversations, trusted with greater responsibility and becoming increasingly influential within their organisations. Others are finding it harder to expand their contribution, despite being talented, experienced and hardworking.
So what's driving the difference?

Drawing on insights from executive leadership teams, organisational consulting engagements, global training rooms and real-world observations from across the profession, Rachael Bonetti explores the shifts reshaping what value looks like now and why some forms of contribution are attracting greater visibility, trust and opportunity than others.

Attendees will discover:
• The changing expectations shaping the future of executive support
• Why some work is increasing in value while other work is becoming less differentiated
• What executives are noticing, relying on and rewarding most
• The common patterns shared by EAs who are expanding their influence and impact
• How to recognise the opportunities emerging within the profession right now

This keynote is not about doing more. It is about understanding what matters most in a changing environment and making intentional choices about where to focus your time, energy and contribution.

Keynote: The Power Partnership: Combining AI and Human Intelligence for Better Workplace Outcomes with Kristen Hansen
AI is rapidly becoming part of the modern workplace, yet many administrative professionals are finding the transition challenging. For a profession built on expertise, judgement, relationships, and attention to detail, learning to trust and collaborate with AI can feel both exciting and overwhelming.

In this session, we'll explore the neuroscience behind how our brains respond to change, uncertainty, and new technology, and why many professionals, particularly women, can experience resistance, overwhelm, or self-doubt when adopting AI tools. You'll gain a deeper understanding of what's happening beneath the surface and learn practical strategies to overcome these barriers.

Discover how to work alongside AI as a trusted partner rather than viewing it as a threat, leveraging technology to reduce cognitive load, enhance productivity, and create more space for the strategic, relationship-driven work that administrative professionals do best. You'll leave with practical insights to help you build confidence, embrace change, and create a powerful partnership between human intelligence and artificial intelligence.
|      12:45 pm
Break: Lunch
We know, you’ll probably sneak in a quick inbox check (we get it, no judgement). But remember, today is about you and your professional development. So once you’ve cleared that urgent email or two, come and enjoy lunch, connect with fellow attendees, and chat with our incredible vendors and sponsors. It’s the perfect moment to expand your network, swap ideas, and spend time with a community just as invested as you are in making the most of the day.

Keynote: Copilot for EAs: What it actually does, and how to make it work for you with Andrew O'Young
You've heard about Microsoft Copilot. You might even have a licence. But between the hype and the reality, it can be hard to know where to start, or whether it's even working the way it should be.

This session cuts through the noise.

Informotion's Microsoft specialists will walk you through everything an EA needs to know:

• How Copilot's permissions work (including the delegate access gap that trips up nearly every EA)
• How to write prompts that get useful results
• And which automation features are worth your attention right now.

Expect live demos, real examples, and a prompt-building exercise you'll actually use on Monday morning.

Real Talk Admin Panel: How Admins Are Using AI to Change the Way They Work
What does AI actually look like in the day-to-day life of an Executive Assistant?

In this interactive panel session, you'll hear from three administrative professionals who have successfully integrated AI into their roles to work smarter, save time and deliver greater value to their executives and organisations.

Through honest conversations and real-world examples, our panellists will share the tools they use, the tasks they've transformed, lessons they've learnt, and the practical prompts and workflows that anyone can start using immediately.

Whether you're just starting your AI journey or looking for new ideas, you'll leave with simple, actionable strategies and the confidence to put AI to work in your own role.

You'll learn:

• Real examples of how admins are using AI every day
• The biggest time-saving AI use cases
• Practical prompts and workflows you can use immediately
• Lessons learnt, challenges and tips for getting started
• How AI is helping admins become more strategic business partners
|      15:15 pm
Break: Afternoon Tea
Afternoon tea might seem like a simple break in the day, but it actually has aristocratic roots. It all started in the 1840s when Anna, the Duchess of Bedford, got peckish between lunch and dinner and began inviting friends for tea, bread, and cake - thus sparking a tradition. Fast forward to today, and it’s still the perfect excuse to pause, chat, and debate the truly important things… like whether the lamington is Australia’s greatest afternoon tea invention (we think yes). So grab a treat, find a seat, and enjoy the moment - no royal title required.

Keynote: with Lizzie Williamson
JUST 2 MINUTES | WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU FEEL STUCK
They already know what would help - start the task, have the conversation, take action. But they’re not doing it. They’re stuck in overthinking, overwhelm, and waiting to feel ready. And in that gap between knowing and doing, performance drops, confidence dips, and momentum disappears. This keynote will show you exactly what to do in that moment. Not a big overhaul and not a long-term plan... just 2 minutes. Because when something feels too big, the answer isn’t more motivation. It’s making it small enough to start.
|      16:30 pm

Rachael Bonetti's Masterclass:
The New Value Equation
Join us on Tuesday, September 29, 2026
The executive assistant profession is evolving.

As organisations adapt to new technologies, shifting priorities and increasing pressure to create value, the expectations placed on executive assistants are changing too.

Many EAs are working harder than ever. Yet effort alone is no longer what separates those who are expanding their influence and opportunities from those who feel stuck, overlooked or vulnerable to change.

So what creates value now?

In this highly interactive masterclass, Rachael Bonetti will help participants explore the changing value equation shaping the profession and identify where their greatest opportunities lie moving forward.

Together, we will examine:
• The forces changing how value is created, recognised and rewarded
• Why some forms of contribution are becoming more influential while others are becoming less differentiated
• What executives and organisations are increasingly relying on from their EAs
• The capabilities, behaviours and perspectives gaining importance in today's workplace
• Where attendees currently create value and where untapped opportunities may exist
• How to position yourself for continued growth and relevance in a rapidly changing environment

Through guided reflection, practical exercises and discussion, participants will complete a personal value audit and develop a clear action plan to strengthen their contribution and focus their development in the areas that matter most.

This masterclass is designed for executive assistants who want to understand not only how the profession is changing, but how to evolve alongside it with confidence and intention.
Participants will leave with a personalised map of where they create value today, where value is shifting around them and the opportunities they can pursue to increase their influence, impact and future career options.
