Alcohol Service Terms & Conditions

1. Responsible Service Policy (RSP)

• Our primary concern is the safety and well-being of our guests. The brunch includes a fixed-price alcohol package for a set duration, which is always subject to our responsible service standards.
• Refusal of Service: In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003, our staff are legally required and fully authorised to refuse the service of alcohol to any guest who appears to be, or is reasonably suspected of being, intoxicated. This decision is non-negotiable and rests at the sole discretion of the management and serving staff.
• Preventing Irresponsible Consumption: Any action that our staff deem to be irresponsible consumption—including, but not limited to, drinking too quickly, attempting to purchase drinks for non-participating guests, or displaying disruptive behaviour—will result in the immediate cessation of alcohol service for the individual(s) concerned. There will be no refund or exchange in this instance.
• Drink Limits: Drinks included in the package will be served one at a time, per person, only after the previous drink has been finished. Management reserves the right to limit the total amount of drinks served to any individual over the duration of the event.

2. Package Details and Time Limit

• The Cheese and Wine Brunch alcohol package is available for a fixed, maximum duration (e.g., 90 minutes or 2 hours) from the confirmed booking time. This duration will be clearly communicated upon booking and arrival.
• The entire table must participate in the fixed-price alcohol package to receive the stated benefits.
• Alcohol service included in the package will cease strictly at the end of the allotted time slot. Guests are welcome to remain at their table and order drinks from our regular menu thereafter.

3. Guest Conduct and Departure

• Respectful Conduct: All guests must treat our staff and other patrons with respect. Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the party being asked to leave the premises immediately.
• Responsible Departure: All guests are expected to leave the premises responsibly. You must take necessary steps to ensure your own safety and the safety and well-being of other members of your party, including arranging safe transport home.
• Duty of Care: We actively encourage all guests to look out for one another and exercise a personal duty of care to ensure their friends are also consuming alcohol and departing responsibly.

4. Legal Requirements

• Age Restriction: All guests must be 21 years or older to participate in the alcohol package and may be required to show valid photo ID.
• Food Consumption: A substantial meal (the Cheese and Wine Platter), which is included in the brunch package, must be consumed by all participants.
