Maple Butternut Squash with Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Course 3 - Salad:
Grilled Vegetable Salad ~ Bell Pepper, Red Onion, Asparagus, Tomatoes, Zucchini, Eggplant, Chèvre cheese, Pine Nuts with Mixed Greens and a White Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Course 4 - Appetizer:
Slow-Cooked Ribs with Mac n Cheese, Creamed Corn & Corn Bread

Course 5 - Sorbet:
Watermelon & Grapefruit

Course 6 - Entree:
Bacon-Wrapped Beef Sirloin Steak served with Fully Loaded Baked Potato, Roasted Mushroom, Horseradish Cream Sauces

Course 7 - Dessert:
Mud Pie ~ Crumbled Chocolate Chip Cookie, Marshmallow, Whipped Cream, Chocolate Pudding, Chocolate Shavings, Vanilla Ice Cream, Graham Cracker Crust
