Creamy Potato Leek Soup with Crispy Shallots and Chive Oil

Course 3 - Salad:
Warm Spinach Salad with Bacon Lardons, Soft Boiled Egg, Sauteed Red Onion, and a Mustard Vinaigrette

Course 4 - Appetizer:
Pan-Seared Cod with Parsnip Puree, Wilted Kale, and a Lemon-Caper Butter Sauce

Course 5 - Sorbet:
Lime and Fresh Mint Sorbet with a Hint of Elderflower

Course 6 - Entree:
Guinness-Braised AAA Beef Sirloin with Colcannon, Roasted Root Vegetables, and a Red Wine Reduction

Course 7 - Dessert:
Baileys Irish Cream Panna Cotta with Whipped Cream and Dark Chocolate Shavings
