General Tour Information:
• Tour is held the 4th Wednesday of every month (subject to change)
• The Tour meets at Luci's at the Grove
• Coffee & Networking: 8:30 am - 9:00 am
• Tour begins at 9:00 am SHARP! Caravan Style
• There is a maximum of 7 homes on tour
• Agents attending will be able to share any off market, Coming Soon properties, and buyer needs
• Tour ends no later than 11 am
Details if your home is on tour:• The listing agent must meet at Lucis no later than 8:45 am
• Homes must be a minimum list price of $850,000
• Specified tour boundaries: ONLY homes in McCormick & Gainey Ranch are toured
• The listing agent or licensed assistant must be present at the tour meeting on the day the home is to be toured & must tour the other homes.
• No Fee to be on tour. If the agent cancels last minute- the property will not be eligible to be on tour again for 3 months.
• The
Best Home on tour will be announced at the last home on tour. Sign rider provided
• Agent Feedback form will be provided at last home
