Tour Details

• Tour is held the 4th Wednesday of every month in person
• The Tour meets at Luci's at the Grove (7400 N Vía Paseo Del Sur Unit 102, Scottsdale, AZ 85258)
• Coffee & Networking: 8:30 am - 9:00 am
• Tour begins at 9:00 am SHARP!
• 5 homes showcased each tour
• Homes must be a minimum list price of $650,000 - Must fall within the specified tour boundaries.
• The listing agent or licensed assistant must be present at the tour meeting on the day the home is to be toured & must tour the other homes.
• The Listing agent
• Best Home on tour will be announced at the last home on tour. Sign rider provided
• Agent Feedback for each home will be provided to the listing agent that day.
• Tour ends no later than 11 am.
