We are excited to host our 10th Annual Black Women in Business Extravaganza! Black Women In Business (BWIB) is a 501c3 organization that was created in 2014 by Award-winning CEO, Coach Rose Smith. Its mission it to educate, encourage, empower and help businesswomen excel in leadership and entrepreneurship. At the core of this platform is community, and the importance of serving and investing in others.
The BWIB Extravaganza is officially the BIGGEST event designed specifically to showcase and celebrate for Black businesswomen in the state of Texas! Our annual 4-day event will be held November 16th-19th at the Radisson Hotel (6121 N IH35 - Austin, TX 78752). Our theme this year is "Changing The Game." We will showcase dozens of vendors, provide huge networking opportunities while encouraging every woman in the room to maximize her potential. We will highlight disruptive CEOs, powerful community leaders and businesswomen who will encourage everyone who attends!
On Friday (Nov. 17th 6:30pm-11pm, Doors Open at 6pm, Show starts at 7:30pm) we will host a Fashion Show that will feature the hottest looks from casual to formal and everything in between. Fashion Show Director, Thada Brown, Owner of Style Shift Image, will orchestrate this year's show. It will spotlight the fashion designers and stylists in Texas!
American Idol Season 21 Top 12 Finalist "Lucy Love" will make a guest appearance and give us a performance you will never forget! Her powerful and unique voice is mesmerizing. On Saturday (Nov. 18th 9am-4pm, Doors Open at 9am) our Saturday Showcase will be the networking event of the year! Our celebrity headliner for Saturday, November 18th is Santia Deck, CEO, History Making Football Player and FIRST female athlete to own a shoe company! She is the Owner of Tronus LLC. However, she is not only an incredible athlete and shoe mogul. Santia is the first woman to receive a multi-millionn dollar football contract through the Women's Football League! She is an undeniable gamechanger. The Tronus team will also be a part of our vendor lineup, and all attendees will have the opportunity to pre-purchase their Tronus shoes.

The day will include Praise & Worship, Gospel singers, Spoken Word artists and a delicious full brunch prepared by Black Chefs! Again, you will have an opportunity to get your holiday shopping done with our exclusive vendors! We welcome you to wear your Sunday best or simply "come as you are." Prepare for a soul stirring day!
