Justine has been practicing yoga since 2014. Justine is known for non-judgmental and compassion center teaching. She is a RYT-200, reiki level 1+2 certified and enjoys incorporating mini meditations/mindfulness into her classes. Justine is a Hoboken native born and raised and has been teaching in Hoboken & Jersey City since 2017. In her classes you can find a balance of challenge + total body relaxation along with fun transitions and groovy music.
