Bald Man Brewing's 8th Birthday Bash is going to their most EPIC event ever! The Suburb's are one of Minnesota's most popular & influential bands of all time being warmed up with new sounds from a band with 2 Minnesota legends in it called The Scarlett Goodbye. We will also have a 3rd fun, local 80's band called Atomic Beat starting the fun at 3pm. This all will be done for for a great cause! There will be a food drive & a fundraising raffle for Dakota County's Open Door Pantry, who help many in need!

Often described as a Midwest Roxy Music, The Suburbs have been making their unique punk-pop-art-dance records and performing off and on ever since the ‘Mpls Sound’ heyday. Founded in 1977, the Suburbs are recognized worldwide as among the original heroes of the "Minneapolis Sound”; a historic music era that saw the emergence of other bands like The Suicide Commandos, Prince, The Replacements and Husker Du.

The Scarlet Goodbye, labeled “the most unlikely mash-up in Minnesota Music History,” is the creative lovechild of Daniel Murphy and Jeff Arundel. “...timeless and unique, part Rolling Stones and part Townes Van Zandt.” producer John Fields.
Murphy, pivotal in the launch of both Soul Asylum and the supergroup Golden Smog, had stepped away from the game in 2012, after 30 years of recording and touring. A chance meeting with mellow Singer-Songwriter Jeff Arundel led the duo, whose careers spanned the same time frame but had essentially no other resemblance, to start writing and recording.

Atomic Beat is an upbeat band from Minneapolis with an artistic flair. If you love the 80s, you’ll find yourself on the dance floor, singing along to the best new wave and rock songs!

Bald Man Brewing's Thirst Responder Event Truck will also be pouring beer outside for this concert.

BREWS: Our special edition SUBURBS COLLABORATION BEER called LOVE IS THE LAW PUB ALE will be celebrated at this concert! You can find it in cans at many liquor stores and on tap in BMB's taproom. Bald Man Brewing will also have new releases and reserve beers will be introduced throughout this Birthday Bash.

DOORS (and Taproom) Open at 3pm. Live music starts at 4PM and ends at 10pm sharp. You will receive a wristband upon entry. NO RE-ENTRY ALLOWED.

General Admission Tickets are $40. (Will be $50 at door IF IT IS NOT SOLD OUT LIKE THEIR LAST SHOW). You are encouraged to bring a chair or blanket that can be placed outside the predetermined dance floor area.

 VIP tickets: $90. SOLD OUT! VIP's get 2 drink tickets, air conditioned indoor bathroom access, a place to sit in the VIP area, and a VIP dance area.

Will I revive an online ticket? No, in our new ticket platform that has allowed you to have no or MUCH lower tickets fees, you will be registered for your entry at the door. Please be sure to have you ID ready.
Can I bring a chair? Yes, but must be placed behind sound booth and off the sidewalks. VIP tickets have seating.
Is re-entry allowed? NO!
Can I bring my dog/ child? NO. This concert is 21+.
Can I bring wine or outside alcohol/wine? No, this is illegal.

Where should I park? There is some parking around the building and overflow parking across Silver Bell Rd.
Allowed: Lawn chairs or blankets for GA ticketholders, Water bottles (empty) ,Backpacks/ purses.
Not allowed: Outside drinks of any kind, UMBRELLAS, Firearms or weapons, Minors under 21 years or age, Fireworks.
