The Personnel Commissions Association of Southern California (PCASC) is pleased to present a one-day conference focused on "The Value of Merit."
The day will begin with a continental breakfast and a keynote address by Kathy Espinoza.
Following the keynote, attendees will engage in a Merit Panel Discussion featuring Personnel Directors from Los Angeles Unified, Los Angeles County Office of Education and a Garden Grove Unified School District Commissioner.
A buffet lunch will be provided, offering a chance to network and connect.
After lunch, participants will take part in a fun and interactive game, "How Well Do You Know Merit?" using your cell phone and Kahoot. Winners will compete for gift cards.
The conference will conclude with a closing presentation on "The Stakeholders of Merit presented by Dr. Anil Muhammad, Personnel Director of Huntington Beach Unified High School District.
This conference is designed for Personnel Directors, Personnel Commissioners, Assistant Superintendents, Commission staff, Board Members, and Union representatives. We look forward to seeing you there!
